Pölter, Plörre and Pinöckel – basic vocabulary for survival in the Gütersloh district

The inhabitants of the Gütersloh district are considered taciturn, reluctant to speak, and reluctant to talk. All the more important, then, that they are understood when they do happen to say something.
This basic Gütersloh dialect vocabulary therefore includes:
